Want to learn more about Kentucky farmers and the food they grow? This virtual field trip series brings the farms and farmers to your classrooms, learning centers and homes.

Agriculture is one of Kentucky's most important industries, as it creates $17 billion in economic impact in the Commonwealth annually. Kentucky farms are also diverse and abundant across the varying landscape. 85,000 farms call Kentucky home, and 98% of those farms are family owned and operated. For additional impact, Kentucky agriculture and its related industries employ more than 400,000 people.

From fruits and vegetables, to milk and meat, Kentucky farmers are producing the food we all love to enjoy.

News: This video series was recently recognized by the National Agri-Marketing Association, earning a "Best of NAMA" award in April 2013.
